Q. How does the inflatable work?
A. The inflatable is kept inflated by an electric fan blower, which is switched on during the entire time that the inflatable is in operation. The fan however must be switched off and put away with the inflatable for overnight storage.

Q. Will the inflatable and fan be Ok to use in bad weather?
A. The inflatable works perfectly well in moderate winds and showers. The electric blower unit is designed for outdoor use, but should always be used with a regular circuit safety breaker (not supplied) regardless of the weather conditions. In conditions of severe rain, winds and thunderstorms the inflatable must then be taken down and stored inside. This is a matter of common sense on the part of the hirer.

Q. Will the inflatable over inflate or burst?
A. No, it doesn’t matter that the fan blower is constantly running. The inflatable will not over-inflate or burst.

Q. Is the inflatable difficult to erect?
A. No, it can be inflated in just minutes. We recommend 2-3 people be on hand to secure the tether lines.

Q. Are installation instructions supplied?
A. Yes, full instructions on setting up the inflatable, are supplied upon delivery. However setting up really takes no more than a little common sense, i.e. fixing and securing the anchor pegs (which are supplied), into the ground or tethering the inflatable to secure fixing points.

Q. How will the inflatables be delivered?
A. Depending upon your geographic location in mainland UK , either Absolute Advertising Inflatables will deliver in the North, Midlands and North Wales , or a recognised freight delivery company will deliver in other parts of the UK .

Q. What are the delivery costs?
A. The maximum delivery cost will be £90 per inflatable for delivery and collection by recognised freight Delivery Company. Where the delivery is within the North, Midlands and North Wales , Absolute Advertising Inflatables will set an individual delivery price, which will be dependant on your location.

Q. Do I have to pack up the inflatable ready for collection?
A. Yes, the inflatable must be bagged and put back in the delivery box (if supplied), ready for prompt collection.

Q. Can the inflatable be used like a bouncy castle?
A. No, although the inflatable works on similar principles to a bouncy castle. It is not a toy or bouncy castle and is made of special high performance fabric. Your inflatable is specialised piece of state of the art marketing equipment. The rule is your customers (particularly their children) may look, but must keep off the inflatable. Both to protect the inflatable and for their own safety.

Q. What are the terms of payment?
A. ACE INFLATABLES must be paid either 7 days in advance by cleared cheque. Kindly note that in the case of new customers who are not familiar to Absolute Advertising Inflatables, we may require two business references for security reasons before inflatables can be dispatched.
